Is my information safe?

Your files are stored privately, not in a public folder. Sign-in needs your password and a one-time code sent to your email.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, JPG and PNG, up to 8 MB each. A phone photo works if it is clear and readable.

How can I pay?

Online with MTN or Orange Mobile Money, or by card, depending on the methods shown at checkout. You can also pay by hand (bank or cash) and send us the reference. You always get a receipt.

How do I book an appointment?

Sign in, open Appointments, pick the type, a day and a time. We confirm by email, and you can cancel online until a few hours before.

What happens if a document is rejected?

You see the reason on your checklist and in an email. Upload a corrected file and it goes back for review.

Can I use my phone?

Yes. The portal is designed to work on phones, tablets and computers.
