Safe Passage Immigration provides consulting support for visa and immigration applications, and a portal where you can upload documents, follow your application, book appointments, pay invoices and talk to your consultant.
Visa decisions are made only by the immigration authorities of each country. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or how long it will take.
You must give true, complete and current information and upload genuine documents only. False or forged documents may lead to refusal of your application and to us ending our service.
Our fees are agreed with you before work begins and appear as invoices in your portal. Government, embassy and third-party fees are separate and are set by those bodies.
You can pay by Mobile Money, card or manual transfer. Payments made online are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card number or Mobile Money PIN. By paying you confirm that you accept these terms. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees for work already carried out are not refundable. If you were charged by mistake or twice, contact us with your payment reference and we will correct it.
Appointments can be cancelled online up to a few hours before they start. If you cannot attend, please cancel so that someone else can use the time. Repeated missed appointments may limit future bookings.
Keep your password and email access private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
